Today was a very unusual day in that it rained at times but then again it did not. I really have come to appreciate the performer who in 1972 sang well it never rains in California. But, then again when it does it comes down in sheets of water. In the last about month we in California have caught up to our typical rain fall within just a couple of days. Today being the 3rd day in November already, to think soon we will be making X-mas cookies and such but, I am getting ahead of myself now, this morning I went down to the Society for the Blind center. It is located at 2750 24th Street in Sacramento. It actually is not that far away from where I reside on 42nd Street. It is really a cute and I imagine one could even say a quaint house there that is used by the blind people here in Sacramento. It really does not appear to be very big but more compact in its essence. I met the lady in charge whose name is Regina and she seemed really nice. She gave me some information to read over tonight and she will see me at noon-time tomarrow. There hours at the blind centre are from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
