Today was the 12th of November, since it was Wednesday, it was my volunteer day so, I went over this morning to the Ambulatory Care Center of UC Davis hospital to volunteer in the cardiac ward or the therapy section of the hospital. We do have various patients who come there and I have made some decent friends there with the patients who happen by there. The only reason a patient would come there is if they have had a heart attack or a mini-stroke and they are exercising for their health betterment. Or maybe they would come in just like John did today, he was in search of a place to give yoga a try at. Now we at the cardiac center there do not always agree with the great yoga teachings, but we have been known to teach people stretches which could be considered yoga.
