My day at the hospital and at the Blind Center

Well for the last couple of days life have been oh so, sweet. This morning I went over to the hospital to work in the heart rehab clinic. I always have fun there just generally talking to the clients who come in there in order to exercise. i just love almost every one of the clients, there. Then it was off to the blind center. I did not even take time to eat, I came home here saw Roger who is my friend, my dog, and just left for the blind center. I then traveled in the rain over to the blind center which was where I read into the recorder they have got there for me to read into, which was fun I suppose. So that was the extent of my day today. One of the things my older and wiser brother said to do was to expound on my day and inform the people about what did he say I do not remember but, let me ask him.. . . I asked him what did he say to expand about he said most almost every person who might read this little blog does not even know what the blind center is so expand on that topic. So the blind center is here in town, on 24th Street, and it has the backing of not only the government but the backing of the people who go there for something to do each and every day. What I do there is I go there in order to read to the people that either come in there or have the phone number of the service I read for. Although I have not been formerly trained in reading, I am able to read fairly clearly. Right now I am reading a book on Fred Couples, it is called,"Golf's reluctant superstar," one of the reasons I am reading this book is because my first day at the center, no it was actually my second day there, I met a gentleman named Robert who became my boss. Now Robert is really a very nice guy who is putting together people to read to people who are apparently you see in the literature I was given at the first meeting with the young lady I met she informed me that or the stuff I read informed me that I would be paired up with a blind person in my area so I could read like there mail to them but, when I met Robert he turned me on to this opportunity that he is attempting to get off of the ground, which is where people come in and read into a machine they have there it is kind of like a dicta-phone as was typical of my in-laws Law firm. Which is were I used to work when I was able to make money. But, anyways this machine does not put any pauses or stops into what you are reading. It really works smoothly. Which is good considering on the market are machines that when you want to stop reading in order to take a break they sound terrible when you come back. And with this machine you can go back 10 seconds in order to find out what you just read. Well I would hope that the readers of this short little blog, written by a dis-abled man, is more than enough for you to go check out the blind center in your neighborhood so go for it and I garantee you will have fun. My brother just came in and informed me that the oven was still on I informed hime that I must have forgotten to turn it off, good thing he is so wise and such. Well, that is it for the night tonight just here is hoping that I have a good day tommarrow. Since it is getting so late it is time for bed so Good night, and don't let those nasty bed bugs bight.
